The mission of the Ferndale Schools Fine Arts Boosters (FAB) is to support, encourage and promote all of the Ferndale Schools Fine Arts programs. Each year the FAB makes funds available to support our district's Band, Choir, Dance, Theater, Orchestra and Visual Arts classs.  For the 2008-2009 school year, $750 has been allocated to each of these programs at FHS.

Teachers can apply to use all the funds for their program area on one particular activity or they can request them for several smaller activities over the course of the year. Funding can be requested for such things as clinicians, field trips, speakers/performers or any other initiatives that benefit a majority of the students in the program and/or will enhance the classroom learning experience.

The funds may not be used for extra-curricular activities, nor can they be used for individual scholarships or basic materials provided for in the school district budget. If you have questions regarding Classroom Support Funding, please contact Paula Cardelli.
