FAB parents and students raised a whopping $3300 working food concessions at four Silverdome events last year. We are hoping to work five events this year. Volunteers (parents AND students) are organized into shifts of four to six hours. Each shift needs cooks, cashiers, runners, wrappers and pourers. Everyone involved has a lot of fun...
An added bonus, your music student can now receive $10 per family member that works an event credited to their student account by the FAB.

| The Spring 2004 Band and Orchestra fundraiser is geared toward raising money for Interlochen Band Camp and the Florida trip, and to the Choirs future Florida Trip and Future Camps. Students are request to take a minimum 10 orders to make this fundraiser successful. |

Needs new committee members. This annual June event, co-sponsored by the FAB and the Ferndale Education Foundation, is one of our major fundraisers, netting the FAB over $5000 each year. Here is a golden opportunity to get involved!

| The FAB operates an informatin/concession booth at the Ferndale Art Fair each year. This opportunity not only raises money for the FAB but it also increases the visibility of our music and art departments in our community. If you can help on a committee to run this fund raiser

10/16/2004 - The FAB has just enrolled in Meijer Community Rewards. Now, whenever you shop at Meijer, you can earn cash rewards for the Ferndale Schools Fine Arts Boosters. Through the use of your Meijer Guest Card, which you can scan at the register, these contributions cost you nothing, and the more you shop, the more you earn. You do not have to apply for or use a credit card. Encourage your friends and family members to sign up and help the FAB. It's free. It's easy. Click here for more information on the prgram. 10/4/2004 - Win your own personal FHS Marching Band performance! On Monday, October 4th, the Marching Band kicked-off its annual Command Performance raffle. The winner receives a Marching Band performance at a site of his or her choosing, within the Ferndale School District. Tickets are $1.00 each and can be purchased from any band member or click here to e-mail a ticket request to the FAB. The drawing will be held during half-time at the FHS football game on October 22, 2004. You need not be present to win. All proceeds will be used to support the marching band program.

9/20/2004 - A BIG THANK YOU goes out to Jack Aronson (and Cher) of Garden Fresh Gourmet for allowing the FAB to sell his fabulous products at the Ferndale Art Festival this past weekend. Thanks to Jack's gracious donation, the FAB raised over $400 for our General Fund. Our gratitude also goes out to everyone who responded to our last minute cry for help.

4/6/2004 - The Band, Orchestra and Choir spring fundraiser has begun!!! Students have order forms for the Zap-Snack products. These snacks include French Bread Pizzas, Stuffed Pretzels, Cinnamon Rolls, and Cookie Dough!! All products have been personally taste tested by Mr. Smith and all products are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
