The Ferndale Schools Vocal Music programs are under the direction of Ms. Kim Krell.

11/5/2004 -��Congratulations go to seniors Hannah Tavalire (05) and Gordon Smith (05), who have been chosen to represent Ferndale High School at MSVMA Region C Honors Choir.

10/10/2003 - Congratulations go out to Hannah Tavalire (`05) and Jamee Johnson (`04) for being selected to the All State Honors Choir.

Congratulations to all the FHS Singers who participated in the 2004 MSVMA Solo & Ensemble Festival.
Students were judged by top vocal teachers from across the state, including professors from Wayne State and Western Michigan Universities.
Division 1 rating: Patrick MacNish, Ashley Leaks, Katie Aubuchon, Donald Arnold, Tony Scheer, Hannah Tavalire and Jamee Johnson.
Division 2 rating: Denise Davio, Rachel Evans, Jessica Clark, Hannah Tavalire, MacKenzie Griffin, Patrick MacNish, Erin Taisey, Katie Aubuchon, Daniel Chunn, Suzie Slogeris and Netty Lenaway.

12/13/2004 - Congratulations to Gordon Smith for being selected for State Honors Choir. Bravo Gordon!
11/8/2004 - Congratulations go to seniors Hannah Tavalire and Gordon Smith, who have been chosen to represent Ferndale High School at MSVMA Region C Honors Choir. Hannah and Gordon will be singing at the Regional Honors Choir Concert on Saturday, December 4th, at Southfield High School. They will have an opportunity that day to audition for State Honors Choir, held in January in Ann Arbor, and for All-State Honors choir, held in May at the Michigan Youth Arts Festival.
